This is a common complaint I hear on my discovery coaching call with women, mothers, busy parents.
There is no dearth of good information.
The key is finding which of that information applies to you and how could you integrate it into your life without upsetting the apple cart?
That is where coaching comes in. yesterday, I was asking a friend what she does for her exercises because she is at her ideal weight. I was curious to know what helps her keep her belly fat in check, because I too can struggle with that as well as back pain if I mess things up without guidance.
her response was, "but why are you asking me? You are an expert at this and so many people benefit from your coaching".
I said, "I need coaches too, just like a brain surgeon cannot perform surgery on his/her own brain". Every olympic athlete needs a coach too and that coach may not have made it to the Olympics but can help you get insightful about your life and get you to identify and remove your hurdles.
