We as Muslim always claim Pakistan as an abode for Muslim majority but after independence we lost our glory of freedom within two years of its inception when Quaid-e-Azam’s last breathing moments were? made miserable in chaotic mess of dirtiest administrative /political bungle?

This scenario transcends even the most corrupt Nations rather than being a Nuclear Power.

What then is the gain expected ???
- At this crucial hour sudden controversies among the pallbearer of coffin of democratic are pulling /pushing one another over the issue of establishment of Military Courts? or Constitutional Courts & dying hard for Justice Qazi Faiz Isa lust for Judicial hegemony. What a country are we? Meanwhile the old Guru of the THUGS with his daughter is threatening to leave Pakistan.?
- As sated above the massive blow to the interests of Pakistan is soggy ?two years of Imran Khan regime followed by highly mismanaged, criminally plundered & dreadfully executed regime of the Govt of Vote of No Confidence (PDM-I) followed by Interim Govt then PFM-II tyrannically usurped the right of the factually winning party & still tarnishing face of democracy worse than ever. This all was subsidized by the dream of five Chiefs extension ….Chief of PMLN as PM, Chief of Election Commission & Chief Justice of Supreme Court, Chief of ISI…..& perhaps Chief of Army Staff (though the Sipah-Salar never expressed such a desire). All this looks like bubble bust now? How international comity will respect /trust us?

- We unfortunately lost Bangladesh under similar political chaos like we have now / lust for power of his majesty Z.A.Butto , during the last 10-15 years almost 40% of our industrialists / investors shifted their business to Bangladesh, now that Bangladesh is again happy to be Pakistan’s strong lovers, we are not ready to improve business & trade relations with them. Similarly, we have not yet reviewed our FP after freedom of Bangladesh from MUKHTIBAHINI Regime of Hasina Wajid.
- We need not to be very conscious of the fact that newly freed regime is susceptible to Indian military preesure.We therefore need to advise Bangladesh through our diplomatic mission & visits of our minsters that no scuffle with India at this critical juncture of rewriting history of the Bangladesh. Likewise Pakistan also need to? avoid tensions with India, Afghanistan or another neighbor, we rather hold our horses & get Indus Water Treaty to be reviewed & all issues resolved besides restoring CBM & improving our trade relations with India & all other neighbors. Worthy audience balancing Indio-China geo-economic? ?interest & the apparent Indian-US geopolitical/ geostrategic stagnant developments in the South-China sea as well as indo-pacific region specially after Indian secret supply of weapons, transfer of sensitive technology??? ??to Russia & involvement in the alleged murder attempt of few dignitaries/nexus od spoilage abroad, it is evident that both India & USA would get uneasy with the anticipated spike in maritime commercial activity around Gwadar .The Chinese and Pakistani navies are certain to seek a balance of power in the Indian Ocean. CPEC, at least partially, is in response to the United States’ “Pivot to the Pacific.” It aims to counterbalance the expanding strategic nuclear, defense, and economic ties between Washington and New Delhi that Beijing perceives as an effort to contain China. China’s military strategy white paper published in 2015 clearly states, “the traditional mentality that land outweighs sea must be abandoned and great importance has to be attached to managing the seas and oceans and protecting maritime rights and interests.”15?While Chinese military strategy documents identify the “near seas “the area inside the first and second island chains extending off China’s coast as a primary interest, the “far seas” also strongly bear on China’s national security. Glaring significance of Gwadar Port are:-
- Gwadar Port is strategically located at the western edge of Pakistan’s Arabian Sea coastline in restive Baluchistan province, near the Strait of Hormuz. Gwadar is where international power politics, economics, and maritime security interests in the Indo-Asia-Pacific region converge.
- China’s continued investment in the port, despite its lackluster performance, has raised suspicions that it is intended for use as a Chinese NAVAL BASE
- However, despite its strategic location, the port is not as attractive as the ones in Karachi and Ormara, & Pasni nor does Islamabad seem interested in a permanent Chinese NAVAL presence.
- In a September 1973 meeting at the White House with President Richard Nixon, Pakistan’s Prime Minister Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto “sought U.S. aid to construct the port at Gwadar and offered its use to the U.S. Navy.”?While President Nixon politely entertained the proposal, the United States took no great interest in having a naval facility in Baluchistan.
- The U.S. Navy instead decided to build a base for its Indian Ocean operations on British-owned Diego Garcia Atoll.3?In China, the idea of a deep-water port at Gwadar was never forgotten.

- The China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC)—a $46 billion string of projects is the flagship for China’s spectacular One Belt, One Road initiative.
- The “belt” reflects the continental component, comprising networks of railroads, overland highways, oil and gas pipelines, and ancillary development projects.
- China’s Maritime Silk Road initiative complements One Belt, One Road by linking the sea lines through a network of ports and other coastal infrastructure originating from China’s eastern seaboard and traversing an arc across Southeast Asia, South Asia, the Persian Gulf, East Africa, the Mediterranean, and terminating at Piraeus, Greece, Venice, Italy, and Rotterdam, Netherlands in Europe, and Mombasa, Kenya in Africa.8

Stretching from Kashgar to Gwadar, the network will extend from Xi’an in central China, through Central Asia and Russia, with one artery crossing Kazakhstan and the other through Mongolia, both linking with the Trans-Siberian Railway and reaching out to Moscow, Rotterdam, and Venice.
