It's Spring! Time to revise your 2023 Goals!

Helllllooooo SPRING! ??What a perfect time to review your GOALS and tweak them!?

Goals are so important because they can provide you with direction and focus allowing you to identify what you want to achieve and how you can work toward it.

p.s. The photo is from a goal I just completed - I started the Race Across Alaska challenge a month into it and completed walking 325 miles in 82 days. Accountability was instrumental!

1. Motivation: Goals can provide motivation for you to take action, they give you something to work towards and provide a sense of purpose and meaning.??

2. Clarity: Goals can help you to clarify your priorities, and allow you to identify what is important and really want to achieve.??

3. Measurement: Goals provide a way to measure your progress and success. Who doesn't love seeing results? Track your accomplishments, identify areas for improvement, and celebrate the wins along the way!??

4. Focus: Did someone say 'squirrel'?! Goals can help you focus your efforts and energies, ensuring that you are working towards what truly matters and avoid (squirrel) those pesky distractions.??

5. Accountability: Goals can help hold you accountable, as you set targets and deadlines that you are responsible for meeting. (Like me walking 235 miles in the dead of winter, mostly in Alaska. Being accountable was KEY.) ??
