High-resolution scanning.

Usually, you get a cellphone photo of the drawn graphic charts. If you’re lucky, you might find someone who will “clean up” the image in Photoshop. And if you’re very very lucky, you might send the wall charts off to be professionally scanned for a few hundred bucks each.?

Not us. We invested $16,000 in our own in-house, high-resolution, large-format scanner, ready to go at a moment’s notice. We typically deliver high-resolution digitized images within 72 hours of an event, and we provide that service at no additional cost to you.

No hidden costs.

We don’t charge for materials. We don’t charge set up or tear down fees. We don’t charge for preparation and design. We don’t charge for post-production work. We don’t charge for travel time. We don’t charge for digitizing or scanning. We don’t even charge to mail you back the paper charts after we’ve scanned them. The only fees you’ll see from us are our rates and direct travel expenses for non-local jobs. So the rate you see in our proposal is the rate you pay.?

Bespoke solutions.?

Go ahead. Throw challenges at us. We love ‘em. Need us to simultaneously capture what’s happening in multiple breakout rooms? We can do that. Are some participants joining remotely and need to be a part of the process? We can do that, too. Want to wow your participants with drawings in virtual reality? We’re all over that. Do you have hundreds of participants all sharing ideas at once and no time to capture it all? Been there, done that. Portable walls.?

Not sure if the venue has good wall space to tape up paper charts? No problem. We have over 60 linear feet of portable walls: large format easels that can be set up in spaces that don’t allow or won’t accommodate paper taped on walls.?
