Why getting started with astroelectricity is important

There was a flood of articles this past week about China (again) announcing its intent to undertake GEO space solar power—what I call astroelectricity. Americans have become desensitized to our fossil fuel energy insecurity. I prepared this short, four-minute video to explain why America is not fossil fuel energy secure and why we need to take action to prevent being drawn back into oil wars or suffering from acute oil and natural gas shortages.
