Why getting outside is good for you!
One of my favorite ways to exercise is to hike and especially backpack. Getting outside is good for your health which helps to improve Vitamin D levels, improves mood,encourages exercise, and helps to relax. So what do I do when I can't get outside? I exercise in my fitness center and then look at beautiful pictures of places I have traveled while working. Having the pictures as my screensaver helps me to enjoy mini-vacations throughout my day. #tracystips
