Why Full Spectrum Education Is Different For Staff

As a business owner, I knew that I had to make Full Spectrum Education different to other private sector educational companies out there. I believe that I and my amazing team have done this and are proud to, and will continue to do so. So, what makes us different? Let me tell you.

We set ourselves apart not just by the rates we offer or the work we do, we make sure our educators are safe and matched perfectly to the family they teach to provide optimal, one-on-one education.

We meet staff and thoroughly interview them to assess their experience and qualifications to ensure they are a good teacher. We also meet and consult with every family we take on board, vetting the household and students including subjects, extracurricular activities and interests.

We use this data to ensure our matches are as close to ideal as possible. We do not believe in copying the model of other companies that use a “one size fits all” model, matching staff to families when they themselves have not met either party.

We also ensure our staff use relevant paedeological frameworks depending on the state they teach in and we use a 2-hour model that is only 1.19% of a week! This way, we help the relationship between the student and the educator improve and really get the student improving.

Creating a rapport with a student is so important. You might get an educator that has all the right experience and knowledge, but without that relationship with the student and a match in learning to teaching style, the student will not enjoy the lesson, nor will they gain anything beneficial from it.

A lot of work has gone into ensuring FSE is different from the rest, and I am proud to say I think we have achieved our goal!
