Imagine hiring a "full service" law firm, if you run into a tax issue with the IRS or whatever revenue agency you deal with.
The full service promise is often accompanied by other undifferentiated terms like "wide range" and "complete"...
There is no such thing as full service, there isn't a brand in any category that can actually fulfill every need in the market.
By appealing to everyone, companies end up appealing to no one. Standing for everything, is the same as standing for nothing.

1 年Niching is the only way to Scalesanely. If you don't niche, then you have to hire specialists for each thing you offer, which is not profitable. It is better to niche, optimize then add another niche.
