Experience matters. Why???Whether running a 200-unit apartment complex or performing your 200th procedure, when things are not going according to plan, you want a battle-tested team behind you.?
The more deals closed or procedures performed, the more likely you will face and overcome adversity or fail, both of which force growth.
How do you know if your real estate team is battle-tested?
Have members of the team gone?full-cycle on a deal?
This means they found and purchased an asset, implemented a business plan, and sold the asset. Unique challenges may arise in each phase of a deal, and having experience in managing these challenges is invaluable.
Last week GenWealth Capital sold?The Flats at 2030, a 237-unit Phoenix, AZ multifamily asset.?This is our second full-cycle deal in 2022.
