Why they scaled from 4 to 40 Blog Posts per month

To catch up with the competition. From research, companies on average publish one blog post a week. To cover six years' worth of SEO content, Emilia and the team needed to publish 6-10 content pieces per week.

From the data, the Userpilot blog was generating most of the leads. So it made sense to go all-in on SEO as a lead generation channel.

SEO Impact; The company increased its SEO visibility by 500% within one year.

How they were to produce 40 content pieces per month

  • Build a content plan of 10 Cluster topics.
  • Categorize them in terms of Search Intent and Search Volume
  • Have one or two Editors that do detailed Content Briefs for the freelancers to follow
  • Provide resources for your freelancers to learn and under your product, and industry better.
  • Let each content brief be assigned to an individual freelancer for quality and enough time to deliver.
