Why Focusing on One Simple Task Is They Key to Success

For you to get things done, know you will have seasons for certain things. Know that at each moment, you will be mainly focused on just one thing. Stop trying to balance and do all things or else you won’t make an impact. You are human so, understandably, you can only do so much in a day.
Then, to focus, you need to close off the other things that you can be doing. Don’t keep options open since you can only focus on one thing at a time. So feel free to make big commitments that you think are good at the moment. It’s foolish to stall from commitments just because the future is unknown. Only when you commit to something can you feel relaxed about your tasks. Otherwise, you’re always going to always be anxious about deciding well.
After choosing what not to do, pick a challenge to focus on and learn from. So too much convenience is also a thing as automation stunts growth. If you take away all the struggles in life, you may not be able to manage. Too much convenience will no longer require you to move, making you soft.
Whether you like it or not, trade-offs are always happening in your life. Every single choice you make closes off millions of other possible options. You can have limitless options through the internet but choosing always has limits. And eventually, there will be the last time you will do something without knowing. There is no choice in the matter of there is the last time for everything. So you need to take risks and do what you want so you can maximize time.

Also, remember that most probably what you do won’t matter for long. Surely, you can impact people in your life but someday you’ll be forgotten. If you think you’re going to be immortal for your legacy, you’re delusional. Even worse, you may aim for things that last forever that don’t truly exist.
Thinking you will be a one in millennia figure, you’re setting the bar too high. Expand your definition of meaningful, as even simple things can be this. Meaningful things don’t need to be necessarily extraordinary things. They can be the small simple things that you will cherish as you look back.
