1-Sizing wasn't down correct

2- Wetted parts aren't suitable

3- KInd of flow meter wasn't selected suitable

Note: Kind of flow meter such Deferential Pressure (Flow elements such as Orifice, Nozzle, Venturi,...), Mass (Coriolis & Thermal), PD (Positive Displacement such as Gear), Speed (Turbine, Vortex, Electromagnetic,...), Variable area (Glass or Metal Rotameter).

4- It was installed incorrect

other two more things:? 1.?The lining of the instrument is wrong; 2.? the sales guessing or wrong suggest because of the information of the instrument is incomplete,
