Ningbo, China-I've never see the craze industry from my working. Yes, it maybe I'm too young and have less than 10years vitness. I only hear the same situation from my former factory owner. She have been in the fitness industry since 2007.The factory have been pass the time, 101 of containers waiting for loading outside the warehouse. She have said that fitness industry go down since 2015.But now it's a new wave in 2020.
The health club market is worth $96.7 billion globally and has grown every year since 2008.
ICON Health & Fitness Receives $200M Growth Investment. The growth investment was led by private equity firm L Catterton and existing investor Pamploma Capital Management (who invested $200 million into iFit last December).
Now let's see the reasons that change fitness industry during COVID-19.
1. We are looking for certainty in the uncertain world.
- Fitness make our body stronger and it offer positive feedback.We fear about the uncertain things. COVID-19 is just one of them. So we pay attention to our bodybuilding and keep investment on it.
2. Lockdown policy keep us at home
- Most people don't like to be fat so that we need to do exercise and keep fit. That's no dobut, we will eat more food if we're at home.And then we have to do exercise at fitness equipment or exercise mat.
3. We don't need to touch in exercise
- Every exercise can be done by ourselves. Some may need assistance but there exist exercise equipment. That's fine, we do everything withour others' help
4. Obliquely Investing In Fitness And Wellness stock will make money
