Why finally we will use the hybrid inverter?

Because it has both topology of DC coupling and AC coupling.

It has integrated multiple functions of solar charge controller, off grid inverter, on grid inverter, AC coupled inverter. that's why a hybrid inverter cost is higher than any other single function inverter. Users can set the working mode according to electricity demand, improve the efficiency of photovoltaic power generation and self-use.


How to choose suitable inverter?

(1). If you want to install a new PV+Storage system, then you can choose hybrid system(hybrid inverter+battery) when the price is affordable for you.

(2). If you already installed a PV system, you now want to add a storage system, then choose an AC coupled inverter with battery.

(3).If you have a lot of loads in the daytime and less at night, you can use grid tied inverter. PV directly supply power to the loads through the grid-tied inverter, and the efficiency can reach more than 96%.

(4). If you use less electricity during the day but more electricity at night,during the day, photovoltaic power needs to be stored into the battery, wait until the evening to use, in this case,use solar charge controller, PV store electricity by the controller to the battery, efficiency can reach above 95%.

(5). When your areas often suffers from power outages, choose the off-grid inverter, which will not be affected by power grid outages. The PV electricity is stored in the battery, and when needed, the battery will supply power to the loads.
