Why fear to work on different programming Language?????

Nowadays there are Software Engineers/Developers have dedicated themselves to a particular Technology. Like .Net Developer, Java Developer, Angularjs developer.

They never come forward to work on the other language/platform. The reason they say is "I am a .Net Developer" or "I am a Java Developer".

This reason is not acceptable. The Engineering deals with Ideas and algorithms, not with the language. What ever the algorithm it is , it can be implemented using any language. Just the drawback is you have to search for the keywords used in the internet. Yeah of course it might take a little more time to finish the task than working on your native programming language. But it might be only for the first time. But later on you will be proficient with multiple programming languages.

The only qualification you should posses to work on multiple platforms is "No Hesitation and No Fear which is your biggest enemy for you development" and "Ready to accept any sort of Challenge".

And last but important is "Should be a good logical thinker"

Who is a Software Engineer??

The one who should be able to communicate with the Computer and makes it works the way he wants despite of programming languages.

Just think of you travelling all over the world. Have you ever thought that I don't know the language they speaks and stay in your own country. No right.. You move t their place and start learning how to communicate with them. The same in the computer world.

So please never make the programming language as a barrier to your carrier. What ever the language learn it.

Working on multiple programming languages will definitely gives the ripe fruit for you at a point. Just think the moment where you know many languages and there is no one who can override you.
