Why is fatty Liver a Silent ?? Epidemic in Highly Developed Societies?

Why is fatty Liver a Silent ?? Epidemic in Highly Developed Societies?

Currently we have an epidemic of fatty liver.

Why? As a biochemist and a health coach, I am using both my ?? knowledge and observations from clients. Here are some root causes I have arrived at. The problem may seem complex but the best solutions are always simple, at least to start with.

1. Too many medications especially pain killers, ozempics, diabetes meds, BP lowering etc..….

Our body is not meant to live on medications long term. Our body is similar to the soil. Add too many fertilizers and use too many machines and you end up with arid and dead soil.

With that many medications, Liver has to do the job of detoxifying these and if it’s only for a short time, the liver can do it.

But look at how many meds you’re on. Also list of supplements. They are still processed. People think they can just pop in a supplement or a protein powder and voila you build muscles ?? . That's not how it works.

It all adds up to a fatty liver.

2. Sitting for long periods. This just stagnates everything. the whole system slows down. Hormones get imbalanced.

3. Constantly being busy to feel self-worthiness or just not being in a satisfied, joyful state of mind. This low energetic state gets our nervous system to switch to which a sympathetic mode, which is the high alert ?? ?? ?? , red lights flashing, shallow breathing ???? , like you are being chased by a bulldozer (or whatever analogy suits you).

As a result, we need more energy.

In comes insulin but at the same time we stress the adrenals. In comes cortisol. Now your liver has switched to excessive toxin stagnation, which is termed fatty liver. The simple truth is that you are adding toxins to your body faster than the liver can clean up.

4. Eating fatty, fried, sugary foods with colours, artificial ingredients (much like adding Monsanto’s Roundup to the soil) or packaged stuff with preservatives.

Liver has to process all this. It’s not getting time to regenerate. There’s no downtime. How can the cleanup crew keep up? The system starts switching down.

5. Sleeping too late or eating after 8. Our body works on a clock for every organ. Some organs just do not switch on until its night time and melatonin is highly degradable, so even small amounts of light degrade it. Staying up late at night not only increases your insulin to give you more fatty liver (and love handles) but you also end up with reduced amounts of melatonin. Melatonin is critical for repair ???? and having too little of it just means you do not have enough crew to clean up ?? and your liver keeps the toxins turning it all over to fat cells to get stored.

Do You Really Need to Learn a Lot of Science to be Healthy?

Just like you do not need to know the full mechanics of a car ?? to drive it, but you must know when to press the break, when to look ?? back, when to go fast ?? and when to stop ?? or how to stop ? .

I’ve been teaching my clients a lot about cleaning up the liver. It’s simple. However people still don’t do it. Why? All top athletes, even after retirement continue to go to their coach everyday. They learn from the coach like its their first day.

But if you want to make a real change in your habits, maybe ?? you are missing out on structure and community.

Knowledge alone doesn’t help. Building habits takes training.

Are you distracted and confused ?? listening ?? to too many divergent messages on media?

The other day I heard a board certified doctor send a reel telling people to stop having lemons ?? coz they’re acidic.

The medical school ?? did not teach these ?? the difference between weak and strong acids.

Lemons make the stomach acidic which is where your acid needs to be, but at the same time being weak acids, they have an alkalizing effect on the body.

Remedies to end fatty liver are simple.

What Foods Can Help with Ending Fatty Liver?

Add these foods to your daily routine:

Lemon ??

Ginger ??

Dandelions

Good clean structured water ??

Good ?? fibrous carbs like potatoes with skins

Bitter dark green veggies ?? ?? ??

Fruits ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? ??

In addition

Exercise, Jump, Sleep ?? early, Generate joy ?? to focus ??♀? on appreciating.

What Else Can You Do?

Stop Competing, Comparing, Complaining, Criticizing.

It’s great how Dr. Barbara O’Neil explains these foods and how to have them. However it’s still a generic video. To get down to your specific situation you must get a knowledgeable coach who can guide your transition out of fatty liver. Adding oil and butter may not be helpful if you’re diabetic and have a heart condition or are on many meds.
