What Im Thinking (about Procurement)
How Procurement has a huge opportunity to break free of silos once and for all, given the constant supply chain disruptions both to the physical and digital supply chain.
One Procurement Tech Focused Insight
Data integrity is a consideration for you deploying any tech. You need to make sure prior to procuring any procurement tech that you know the data you need to get your new tech up and running. However, I’d add, that you will likely have a huge data gap if you’re going from manual to tech based procurement. And you can focus on updating data once it’s in your new shiny toy procurement tech solution.

One Piece of Content Ive Found Useful
The rise of fast-fashion e-commerce companies like Shein and Temu is disrupting the global air cargo industry by competing for limited air-cargo space to offer quick transit times for consumers. Shein and Temu ship products directly from Chinese factories to customers by air, significantly impacting air-freight costs and causing capacity shortages. The surge in demand from fast fashion is pushing traditional air-freight customers aside and raising concerns about long-term capacity shortages, prompting companies like Shein and Temu to consider sea freight options and warehouse expansion.
