Why Faith is Important in Building a Business?

Most businesses take years to become true successes. The process can be greatly accelerated?with the right team and the right product market fit.
In the meantime, it is important?to know if you are on track. KPIs are good. Specifically, the number of customers served and monthly revenue are great metrics to monitor.
I've also found there are other clues that are more faith based. For example, if you are experiencing?unexpected delays in getting approvals or closing a deal that is a sign your idea is not good.
We experienced this when working with the Department of Alcohol and Beverage Control and candidly our investment at Valle Guadalupe Baja into Wine Sales was not successful. We should have pumped gas and double downed on Wine Tourism vs. expanding into another vertical.
If you are experiencing ongoing frustration with a business partner, it is probably time to take a break and work with someone new for a little while. This is great as expanding your list of service providers is always a good thing to do for business continuity and surges of growth.
On the other hand, if you are meeting or reconnecting with the right people at the right time (out of the blue seemingly!) that is a reason to pump the gas. This is often referred to as serendipity.?
If you are leaving conversations, super energized, it is a sign to keep working with that person on that workstream.
If you are finding new tools that help you get your work done faster at a higher quality, that is a sign to press on.

If you feel your domain knowledge has dramatically increased?of late, this is another sign of maturity.?
To have faith, you must know what you want, be willing to change or pivot, be willing to be uncomfortable for a little while, and know day by day everything will work out better than you could have ever imagined.?
Our work at Aimee's Stories was not growing at the rate we had anticipated with our Management Consulting clients. After a meeting with an old friend in real estate, we realized our service would have a better chance to exponentially grow in that industry.?It also allowed us to be more patient with our existing clients as they figured out their short form LinkedIn video strategy.
This pivot has shown major green lights, including new AI Tools for managing the business, faster deal closing with agents and vendors alike and better use cases for the video content we produce for United States zip codes.
