Today, our corporate culture is a mix of both remote and in-person work because it gives us the best of both worlds. This also allows us to find the best talent, without worrying about where they are located.?

We know how valuable face-to-face meetings are, so we make sure to include them in our culture. Every month, we organize co-working spaces where our team members collaborate together. On top of that, the highlight of our year is a 10-day gathering in Uruguay where we all come together for team-building activities, special events, and on-site meetings. It’s an absolute blast.
