Why Executive Coaching?

Executive coaching practice often places stress on changing the way we think and behave. This often occurs without first understanding how we currently think and behave and the impact upon ourselves and others. The idea is to affect change by uncovering the thinking that drives behavior, viz., unquestioned beliefs and assumptions and our "maps"for how the world works and how we get things done. This can apply to individuals and teams. For organizations, the "map" is the organizational culture, that is, 'how we do things around here.' Is what you're doing and how you're operating currently working best for you and your organization?
