1. Surveys indicate that real estate remains the preferred tangible asset class for investment today, with a proven track record of guaranteed appreciation and safety.

2. In the past few days, our homes are the only places we spent most of our time. Consumer behavior has changed to save more, spend less, and to invest in smart dwellings since owning a home has gained utmost importance.

3. In a home purchase, people are all preferring ‘affordable villas’ with land ownership for healthy, independent living.

4.NRIs are focusing more on affordable housing in India as investments because of rupee devaluing, lowest interest rates, and assured rental returns in locations in demand.

5. Today is the best buying time for real estate because of the lowest home loan interest rate of only 7.5%; most real estate projects are 80% bank financed, and there are many lucrative offers in the market.

There is a new trend in real estate buying; virtual site visits are replacing ‘in-person’ site visits in the post-COVID world. Most real-estate bookings are closed online after virtual tour & discussions.
