Great Organizations Create Greate Legacy!
That is the fact we all know, but what they are doing differently from others may surprise you.
They invest, yes let me repeat that again, they invest in their talent and together they create a great culture. Sounds simple and easy, right?
But everything depends on how a good foundation is built in organizations within their leadership, talent, and teams.
Every organization regardless of how big or small focused primarily on technology, then a bit of process and in the end on their people lost their footing way before the global pandemic. As a result, leadership teams find themselves "on the mission impossible" as they are dealing with a magnitude of issues while trading deep waters now for over two years.
No wonder we have one of the highest burnout and resignation rates in addition to low performance and engagement across the organizations.
On the other hand, businesses that differentiate themselves in how they made their people priority are experiencing very different results than others. They created a strong cultural foundation through their core values in addition to demonstrated courage, compassion, creativity, and curiosity - essential to Champion's mindset and the key to great leadership.
They are experiencing high productivity and engagement, talent and team working satisfaction, and thriving overall organizations.
A perfect example of the exceptionally demonstrated "People Champion" mindset we had a chance to witness in the Women's World Cup Final. That is not only a great example of how games are won but in the end, champions. When everyone champions each other toward the common goal, everything is possible, including the impossible.
