WHY ETHICAL DAIRY BUSINESS IS MORE PROFITABLE THAN UNETHICAL DAIRY BUSINESS IN INDIA?

WHY ETHICAL DAIRY BUSINESS IS MORE PROFITABLE THAN UNETHICAL DAIRY BUSINESS IN INDIA?

Nearly 75% dairy business of India is still dominated and controlled by unorganised sector in India. Majority of milk traders /middlemen operating in unorganised sector know how to purchase pure raw milk at very low rates from milk producers (without manipulation, adulteration and dilution with non-potable added water) and sell it as non-standardised raw mixed milk (with good margin of profit) to innocent milk consumers who do not know how to test if that milk is pure cow milk, buffalo milk or mixed milk {(M.A.D.) manipulated/adulterated/diluted)}

?Ethical “HALWAIES” ?in India purchasing 100% pure milk, manufacturing and marketing ?milk based sweets and value added dairy foods in their reputed brand names are earning profit of crores of rupees while dairy plants in organised sector are either in loss or earning nominal profits.

Unfortunately more the 90% commercial/cooperative dairy plants in India especially those located in north India are suffering abnormally high hidden loss (crores of rupees) in milk purchase transactions due to manipulation/adulteration and dilution of raw mixed milk because they do not have any instrument or digital hydro analysis technique to find out net true worth of raw mixed milk based on exact % of B.M, C.M. and added water being received at dairy plants through road milk tankers.

Our N.R.I. Mission with the help of our associates organised quiz completions offering complementary prize of Rs of Rs. Five lacs but neither any dairy expert could answer the simple questions relating to conventional obsolete milk purchase/billing/payment system being followed by every dairy plant using authentic 60:40 two axis formula for purchasing Buffalo milk and mysterious /inaccurate/non patented 1/2, 1/3rd empirical formulae for purchasing cow milk nor claimed complementary prize ?mentioned above.

?Our summary findings based on intensive research by our associates on this subject indicate that purchasing 100% pure raw milk strictly conforming to international quality parameters would only be possible by using digital hydro analysis technique to analyse net true worth of raw mixed milk based on exact amount of Fat /S.N.F./added water gravimetrically or exact % of C.M, B.M. and added water in raw mixed milk reaching dairy plants in road milk tankers.

Based on actual case study of premier dairy institution in north India purchasing raw mixed milk worth Rs 10, 91, 53,390 in December2023 with following details:

Our Mission associate in Canada carried out detailed analysis of these milk purchase transactions using DIGITAL HYDRO ANALYSIS TECHNIQUE (I.P. of their Company) and pointed out hidden loss of more than Rs.9.00/Kg causing net loss of nearly Rs.600 crores annually only due to dilution with non-potable added water and manipulating natural S.N.F.: Fat ratio (for converting added water as additional cow milk in milk purchase/billing/payment records).

?We shared detailed analysis report regarding hidden loss duly testified by reputed chartered accounting organisation with the concerned Government/management of that institution. However to confirm authenticity of our analysis report our mission associate also offered complementary prize of Rs. Five lacs to any General Manager of that organisation who proves that calculations in our report are arithmetically incorrect and not scientifically logical as per authentic 60:40 two axis formulae. No one has contested authenticity of our analysis report or claimed complementary prize of Rs. Five lacs up till now.

Root cause of the problem is our obsolete conventional milk purchase/billing/payment system based on 60:40 two axis formulae for buffalo milk and unpatented ( arithmetically inaccurate) empirical 1/2, 1/3rd formula for cow milk. Our Mission associates have evolved a very simple "APNI DAIRY" transparent/accountable milk procurement/billing /payment system for procuring 100% pure raw milk meeting international quality requirements (without any manipulation , adulteration or dilution with added water

Our mission associate has also given live demonstration of this system to that institution at one of their milk plant recently but they want N.D.R.I. /N.D.D.B/I.D.A. to approve and authenticate that system otherwise vested interests in the milk procurement value chain now syphoning out crores of rupees due to manipulation in milk billing records and dilution with added water for converting it as additional cow milk would start state wide agitation thus creating problems for the management

Let us hope that premier dairy institutions constitute a committee of elite dairy experts to critically verify our claims and contentions and authenticate systems being recommended by our Mission associates to protect genuine interests of prime beneficiates of dairy business in Punjab/India.

Wishing good health for milk consumers, wealth for needy milk producers and prosperity for ethical dairy business entrepreneurs of India.
