A vital but overlooked leadership skill
Establishing a shared reality, based on objective facts, is now a critical leadership skill, whether that’s leading a company, school, or entire company. But establishing a shared reality, whilst respecting different viewpoints, is not something most of us are taught how to do.?

2 个月Can we truly align around concrete facts? Facts are facts, after all. For example, we can agree on hearing a noise, but if one person says, 'It was outside', and another says 'It was inside' is the goal of alignment - to agree there was a noise (actual fact) without qualifiers like 'loud' or 'far' - or is it to agree it could have happened inside or outside, we should look and we could never really know?
