Why is EQ & SQ Vitally Important

It is quite evident to see why below par people struggle to survive, whilst ordinary human beings are working for an honest living & the extraordinary few, are playing with what they love, whether it be by mediocre or meritorious times & standards

When the metric for our human intelligence, is a barometer consisting of below average, average & above average intelligence, with its latest inclusion of Emotional & Spiritual Intelligence 

The premise of all our Human Relationships, in Business, Civil Society & Social interactions is founded on the principle of our Human Spirit, in Good Faith Relations to preserve the Spirit of the Law

As Civilized, Intelligent & Sophisticated Fellow Human Beings do naturally, with our apt ability to be rational & reasonably minded, in the way we conduct ourselves in all of our affairs

To understand its influences, that creates such harmony, balance & order between Civilized Human Beings, we must begin to understand their inherent Intelligence levels & how they are categorized accordingly

Considering that there is a vast difference between being Emotional (EQ) & Spiritually (SQ) Unstable compared to EQ & SQ Intelligent Human Beings, in the manner we act or react under any circumstances, whereby Intelligence always outperforms, the Unintelligent under all conditions

At the advent, EQ & SQ Unstable people struggle to rationalize or reason under any painful or pleasurable conditions or circumstances, whether they possess above average, average & more specifically below average intelligence

It creates an untold amount of disharmony, disorder & imbalances within themselves & others, they influence or associate with, clearly evident in their decision making processes or their subsequent actions & the consequences they invite upon themselves to follow

In the nature of all things, for every force, there is an opposite & equal force to maintain the balance in this universe

Thus Human Intelligence may be categorized into 3 general types in its most simplistic form, as illustrated above:

1. Below Average
2. Average
3. Above Average

It is important to understand what motivates each category`s learning ability, as it occurs with or without EQ & SQ

Below Average Intelligence learns more through the processes of pain, than they do from any natural learning pleasure, as it takes longer for them to learn simple things, which affects their ability to acquire the more advanced or sophisticated forms of knowledge

Their capacity to learn is slow & mundane, ranging in time from a matter of days, months, years, decades or even lifetimes

This is as, their minds are either too busy with their own & other's illusions, without their natural capacity to determine what is right & real, with EQ or what is True, with SQ, because these abilities are either willfully disabled or non-existent in certain instances or under specific conditions

They are unable to establish any ethical & morality lines between being civilized about what is Right & Wrong, Naughty or Evil, keeping their minds preoccupied by continuously learning the same lessons of their past over & over again, in its various forms 

Until they have extracted for themselves what is naturally right, real & true in the common-sense of its knowledge, either by the force of pain or by its error, in order for them to grow to the next level of comprehension in life & their continuous learning processes of changing pain into pleasure

These individuals or collections of people will fail miserably at getting the basics right in any Civil Relations & fail dismally, at the more sophisticated nature of its requirement, very often that engagement is done in absolute poor faith   

Using Average Intelligence as a natural benchmark for ordinary people, they possess a balance of learning between pain & pleasure, whilst being more capable of learning from their EQ & SQ, when a moment of truth occurs, or they are forced to deal with what is right, real & true, given its circumstances

Their natural ability to learn will be substantially faster than people with below average intelligence, but ordinarily slower by pain, than it would be with pleasure, depending on their choosing or by the default of its lesson

Human Beings with Above Average Intelligence are continuously learning in their state of pleasure, at far more advanced rates than others, far greater in its sum total than any painful lesson could ever teach them or compared to the lower orders of intelligence    

Their above average intelligence is motivated by their natural ability to be rational & reasonably minded, under any circumstances of pain or pleasure, to access what is naturally Right & Real, about their EQ, either from authentic sources of information or by human beings with such authority or from spiritually authentic & authoritarian sources 

However, we must consider, that an above average intelligent person could be highly intelligent in knowledge, whether by a Masters or Doctoral, Religious, EQ or SQ Knowledge Standards, but they can also be EQ & SQ Unintelligent, Immature & Unstable in their own right 

This instability will affect their natural ability to be reasonable & rationally minded in relation to their EQ & SQ Intelligence, as no human being is perfect, but their performance levels will be substantially higher in merit & distinction, than their lower level intelligence counterparts

When we understand that the simple pleasures in life, emanate from our EQ, it would be easier to comprehend why the Best Human Beings to have ever lived, were naturally EQ Intelligent, regardless of their Intelligence levels

This would also explain why our Finer Human Qualities are made possible by our Human Spirit, in our Human Consciousness of Common-sense, Common-cause & our Common-Good

It is the reason these finer qualities are associated with the Greatest Human Beings, to have ever lived, because they were SQ Intelligent, in the manner they conducted themselves in all the spheres of life, in business, social & civil society affairs, under any circumstances or conditions      

Above Average Human Beings is by nature, the Exception, rather than the Rule, as the exception to the rule, raising the bar of the law of averages higher, for others to aspire to 

Whereas, it is the Masters, who are EQ Intelligent to challenge the rules with the natural order of what is Right & Real, to enhance them for all

But, it is the SQ Intelligent Geniuses, who uses the universal laws in their favour, to prove that what is Right & Real, is actually True in its reality

It is quite rare to find such Exceptions, as it is to discover a Master or for that matter, a Genius as a source of such divine knowledge

Because, the only thing they do, is to inspire themselves & others with our Common-sense, Common-Cause & our Common-Good, as Civilized, Intelligent & Sophisticated Human Beings, for the purposes of our Human Consciousness

It is important to note, that the natural order of knowledge flow, advice, guidance & instruction; starts from the Genius, then to a Master, then the Exception, followed by the Above Average, Average & Below Average Minded; in its natural order, process & capacity of merit & distinction, for the purposes of learning 

When information & instruction flow is unnaturally reversed, from Below Average Minded, to the upper echelons of our Human Intelligence

Its creates major disruptions, disharmony & disorder in its distress, with untold communication breakdowns, in its natural order & hierarchy of business, civil society & social interactions 

People with such inferior knowledge, are always keeping themselves & others behind or digressing over periods of time, either by continuously breaking the rules or by dealing with 1 problem to the other, which they have either created for themselves or they are unable to think & or have the capacity to act proactively

This is as the majority of their time, energy & resources are spent on reactive activities, rather than proactive results

These individuals or groups of people who break the rules repeatedly, will always attempt to discipline or bring down to their level Human Beings, who are naturally Superior to them in knowledge

When such Superior Human Beings need not raise a hand or retaliate, because inferior people, will always destroy themselves & others like them in the process, without any superior help or intervention

Now when 1 observes these intelligence layers at play in our careers, businesses, society or even on the stock-markets, it is important to understand that the illusion of credible knowledge or success may appear real, but upon closer inspection, it can or can`t be proven as right, until it is proven to be true or untrue 

On a principle level, a business is a system that generates profit, consisting of Human Beings, Place, Process, Technology & Capital; where human beings invest in each other, whilst employing fellow human beings & serving other such humans beings, with their required products & services

If we are investing, we are in fact investing in other human beings who prove to be right, real & true, with their reputation, capacity, processes & order, for them to deliver measurable results & deliver on their expected outcomes & capacity, with other such talented, merited & qualified human beings

Ultimately, a business is 1 human being buying & selling in the form of trade, with another human being

It would be unreasonable & irrational, to place below average, average or even above average intelligence human beings, who are EQ & SQ unstable, unintelligent or immature; at the apex of any business, civil society or social ecosystems

This is as it will merely disrupt the natural positive flow into disorder, disharmony & destruction

This further disrupts the financial ecosystem’s equation, of Assets minus Liabilities, equals Owner`s Equity, changing it to, Liabilities minus Assets, creating the Owner`s & Other`s Destruction in the entire ecosystem, who depend on its success or failure, to sustain themselves & grow with a positive business sentiment & growth trajectory

The more the Apex of any Business, Social or Civil Society Ecosystem is affected negatively, by such individuals or groups of people or by a larger majority of their presence, the more if affects the overall health of the entire ecosystem at the same tier & its subsequent downstream flow, to the lower orders of merit  

Every human being, like every organisation, makes mistakes, some are honest & innocent, others are willful or amount to a series of poor decisions, as no human being or any organisation is perfect 

However, when 1 can’t determine the difference of whether it is an inexpensive honest or innocent mistake or costly willful version of it or perhaps a series of expensive poor decisions, the downward spiral becomes unstoppable until it reaches rock-bottom 

It becomes an unnecessarily expensive exercise for all to fix, repair & restore in its order to change their time, energy & contribution positively

To grow, sustain & maintain the entire ecosystem every human being depends on, whether they are struggling to survive, working for a living or getting paid for what they love doing   

The more SQ Intelligent we are, the fewer minor & major mistakes we make with due diligence, foresight & conscious decision making processes, when similar formats apply to our EQ Intelligence & more specifically, with above average intelligence   

People with average & below average intelligence, cause most of the major & minor unconscionable mistakes, especially when they are not EQ & SQ intelligent, until their behaviour is altered, by developing an appetite for positive knowledge or by discipline from higher orders of authority  

Our lives become simpler with the reality of what is Right, Real & True with our EQ & SQ, whether we are intelligent or not, civilized or the other

Illustrating how we learn, live, love, work & play, by ourselves & with other fellow human beings, regardless of our intelligence levels

As it is the absence of its natural reality, making our lives & that of everyone else’s, unnecessarily & unnaturally, complicated with illusions

To Your Emotional & Spiritual Intelligence, May It Be Right, Real & True, For a Better Life For All
