Why Engineer's are unemployed or underpaid?

As per statistics 20 to 30 percent of engineers are jobless and don't hire and others get underpaid jobs well below their technical education.

1-Most colleges provide no internship opportunities. Students have zero clue & knowledge about the construction industry.

2-Students have fewer technical and in-demand software skills that are requisite and imperative to compete in today’s job market.

3-Universities are producing engineering graduates in mammoth amount whereas the job market is continuously declining.

4-Regulatory bodies for engineers in South Asian countries are focusing on quantity rather than quality.

If you want to avail a lucrative job in the engineering market, you must be dynamic. You must learn soft skills from the internet that are in demand and get technical knowledge by yourself. Students shouldn't depend only on universities and instructors for education. They must work hard and get knowledge by searching different engineering-related websites and channels.
