Why the End-user don't want to change the input material?

Nowadays, new suppliers would like to offer to the end-user that you need to try that new material from us. However, they will face up resistance from the end-user because they don't want to change the material. Why they don't want to change?

Have many reasons why but I can show you some reasons below:

1) They don't want to change the formula and machine setting as they usually run and are stable. Because of the new material, the user must change the formula, and machine setting to match the quality required of the final product.

2) Spending the time to do the test and find our suitable ratio and setting up for new material.

3) Increasing production costs by increasing waste, increasing the electric power, and the working time of workers.

4) Lazy worker feedback that they don't want to change.

5) The risk after they test and can not use for their factory makes the massive loss.

Those are the disadvantages but when we look at other ways, the advantages of changes and using the new material are needful for updating the factory. such as your product being cheaper, or higher quality than the buyer requires and better looking, increasing the production speed. I have samples below:

Before we use PP raffia MFI 3 to produce PP woven bag. Our factory running well. When we update to run the new PP raffia MFI 5 we reduce the electricity by 12%, increasing the production rate by 15%, total production cost is reduced by 9%. However, the stiffness from the woven bag was reduced by 5%. So we can balance and find which is the best for our factory.
