Why Empowering Women in #CRE is Important

Why is it important? Well, why wouldn't it be!? Women are driven, ambitious, disciplined, focused and so much more. The #womenincre are all women who own their business! Yes, the brokerage holds the license but it are the women who are out there busting their tails every week is high heels or tennis shoes to earn business. We work harder & we are stronger for it.

I reposted and replied with my comments on a post I saw on LinkedIn by the original poster and business page, Women in Commercial Real Estate - #womenincre and I wanted to share this with you in case you missed it.

When I founded the?Women in Commercial Real Estate - #womenincre?platform in January 2020, I had no idea how and when I would fully launch the network to build a welcoming platform to make every woman feel comfortable; that they had a place to go to ask for help so they could succeed in this business. In the summer of 2020, I officially launched this out to the public and we have grown so much over the last 2 1/2 years. ?? ?We have become a professional sisterhood of women in the?#CRE?industry that inspire each other, offer best practices, motivate one another, create collaboration opportunities, refer each other across the country, co-broker deals together and on every call, I provide FREE marketing & branding tips to help grow your?#commercialrealestate?#business?and build valuable?#relationshipsThis is what these calls are about and each of the?#womenincommercialrealestate?that I personally invite is because I know who you are - I have seen your posts - I have read your highlights and know you are valuable to others. We are stronger together and our platform & network is so you can do MORE!!! ?#marketing?#opportunities?#network?#collaboration?#empowerWICRE?#empoweringwomen

Everything here is true but some of the most powerful scenarios are the ones I always dreamed of for other women and that was for others to have a welcomed sense of belonging by other women. We know this is a cut throat business, but when you bring women in commercial real estate together from all over the country to discuss real topics affecting women today, it is important to hear what others are going through. We have a voice here! Everyone is a speaker on our calls and has a chance to provide their stories, journey's, best practices, new listings, requirements, referrals, etc. The list goes on because the possibilities and opportunities are endless.

So what are you waiting for? If you want to belong to this professional sisterhood of women entrepreneurs and #CRE Rockstars, then join us for our call tomorrow.
