For many years we had concentrated on IQ and its merits. However, the interaction with others, instead of one-way communication, has greatr influence on others and better spred through out audience.

For me the terminology "soft" skills is somehow pejorative and diminishes the meaning of skills that are connected with this term. I think a lot of people are completely overlooking those skills because of pejorative connotation with the term "soft" vs hard skills. What about changing the term to "power skills" or "people skills"?
