One unexpected yet consistent observation from my experience is that some of the best performers in sales and marketing roles often come from an education background, particularly elementary school educators. At first glance, this might seem surprising - what does teaching young children have to do with selling products or crafting marketing strategies? As it turns out, quite a lot.
