Why Dry Diamond Drilling is a Better Option!!

AccurA Diamond Tools

Dry Diamond Cores should always be choice over other method's of coring, Reason's being, you use a grinding method on "rotary" only function on the drill instead of a " Combined "hammer -rotary" action which can transfer vibration to the sourounding brickwork and blockwork resulting in blowout or smashed brick, Particularly when working on listed or older building's. Dry Diamond Drilling is also less stress on your drill and operator fatigue is reduced. The result from Dry Diamond Drilling may be a little slower but the finish is always better, Architects will always sign off on a good finish, where as with other methods which can losen or even remove sourounding brickwork may insist on costly brick replacement, also holding up time which can delay payment from the client. Dry Diamond Core bits are also available in solid format offering Dust Extraction which can be connected to a standard vacuum however dedicated industrial vacuums are recommended and are available. I have the 1"-5" dry drilling set from Brian nearly 2 years now. Have to say it's a great set, I mainly use the 4"& 5" holes for my boiler flue's and I can drill inwards or outwards and it hasn't once burst the wall. Keep up the good work Brian.
