Most people fail to realize their goals not because they lack the skill, but because they refuse to delegate.
They feel they need to control everything to ensure it’s done right.
Which doesn’t lead to success over the long term.

Recall the classic tale of The Wizard of Oz?
How a young girl set out on a journey to return home after being swept into a strange land.
She believed she’ll be able to handle everything on her own.
But after facing several challenges in the course of her journey, it dawned on her that she can’t do it all alone.
Along the way, she met Scarecrow (wisdom), Tin Man (heart), and Cowardly Lion (courage), each of whom brings a unique skill to the group.
She eventually learned that allowing the right people handle certain aspect of her mission drove her faster to achieving her goal.
This highlights the power of strategic collaboration, and letting go of the need to control everything.
