WHY DOES IRELAND COVER UP THIS CORRUPTION. AN OPEN LETTER TO SINEAD GIBNEY OF IRISH HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION
Dear Sinead, are lawyers in Ireland above the Law - especially past ones from the IHRC - this was before they acquired the 'E' In their wisdom they decided that what I've written below was not corruption or against the Law.
Censorship in Ireland is supposed to be a thing of the past - however, I recently sent this message to the Belfast and Dublin Law Societies, who will do nothing to expose this scandal. See it on linkedin. This is par for the course as I sent the same to the Commissioner of Police in Dublin with the same result. They and the Arts are hand in glove in covering up the Corruption of the Asbestos Deaths that occurred in Belfast, to safeguard their own careers. While I'm getting many 'hits' on linkedin from barristers and solicitors no-one will take on this case.
All I want is for it to be put before a judge and for him to decide - If I'm Statute Barred - because my solicitor was bought off by the Union and Employers and gave me corrupt information. Thus, because of it - if I am Statute Barred. Will you Sinead, do something to expose this humanitarian scandal? After I was sacked for refusing to discharge Asbestos, two solicitors sat on my case and did nothing. I took my papers off them and contacted the Belfast Law Society [See letters in the corruptoconnor website below] The law society gave me a list of solicitors who would sue other solicitors, and the first was a Mr G McCann. I contacted him and he took my case giving it to a junior solicitor. Norman Shannon to deal with.
Shannon did sterling work on my case with me receiving updates every week. However, Norman Shannon subsequently left Mr McCann and took my case with him. [See his letter] After he left Mr McCann my case stopped dead. He obviously was bought off my the Union and Employers - and sat on my case for seven years until it became Statute Barred. Angry I confronted him and he lied to me that the other side wouldn't enter a defense. I now know that this is nonsense and if it happens then the case is won - and compensation is paid to the wronged person. IT'S OBVIOUS WHO BOUGHT HIM OFF. The Official cover up of corruption beggars' belief. THIS TRUE STORY HAPPENED AT BELFAST DOCKS 50 YEARS AGO. When I kept at Shannon demanding to know how this happened as he was acting for me - to keep me quiet he got me a Barristers Opinion. This was complete skulduggery. As can be seen from the Barristers report Norman Shannon only gave him the details of the previous solicitors who'd sat on my case and did nothing, and it was out of time to sue them. He had corruptly pulled the wool over the Barristers eyes.
While this scandal did not stop Shannon from becoming a high ranking Human Rights Lawyer - it is the reason why I cannot get another lawyer in Ireland to take this case? Besides exposing Norman Shannon as being totally corrupt - there are too many Rich Employers, Trade Union Officials and Lawyers who will be exposed if this case ever gets near a Courtroom.
While this originated at Belfast Docks the Union's head office was in Dublin. Everyone in the Arts, Media and the Law censor any reference to it. For the sake of self - preservation no-one, Journalist or otherwise will report this scandal - and my stage-play - 'The Judas Goat' is Censored. See the link below to my recently published' Memoir. While the people I've mentioned, in the books and on Linkedin, including Lawyers, will claim 'it's no use in suing me as I've no money, however - Facebook, Twitter and Linkedin have plenty. However, when I wrote 'The Judas Goat', about the Belfast Docks Corruption, the diabolical censorship from the Unions, the employers and all and sundry in the Irish establishment set in. This play along with my Belfast Memoir categorises the mindset, thinking and censorship of the august establishment bodies in Ireland. They all deny this happened and censor the Truth, which shows how the Belfast Dockers were ordered by their Union to discharge Asbestos without protection to save the Employers money. Anyone interested can then open UTV's program 'Death Trap on the Docks' and see dying Dockers and widows relate their unbelievable stories. This was the first time in Trade Union history, anywhere in the world, that a trade union persecuted, sacked and ordered to their death its own members - their families and the surrounding Belfast residents. This happened because they ordered the Dockers to discharge Asbestos without protection to save the employers money - and the deadly dust was blown all over Belfast. The above is an open secret in Ireland because I've exposed it on linkedin many many times - and no Lawyer or Journalist will report this scandal. Likewise no Theatre Company will stage 'The Judas Goat' Besides the betrayal of Connolly and Larkin and the deaths of Belfast residents - who don't even know they've contracted Asbestosis - are the reason for the cover up. It was also the first time anywhere in the world that an employer was a previous Trade Union Chairman - and a current union member. After forming the diabolical 'Union and Employers Court' the chairman, Jim Austin, left the union and joined the employers as Labour Controller and brought his corruption to an even more disgusting level. However, unbelievably the now ex union chairman was allowed to remain a Union Member - by both head office in Dublin and The Irish Congress of Trade Unions. So much so that over ten years ago he received his 50 year - long service badge from Jack O'Connor - the then Union president.
The censoring of 'The Judas Goat' led to all my plays being censored - so as not to give me any clout and able to demand - that the 'The Judas Goat' be staged - and RTE - so far have been too afraid to expose this corruption. The Belfast Docks corruption happened when the champion of the underdogs - i.e. - the trade union that fought to free Ireland as 'The Citizens Army' in 1916 - became corrupted in Belfast. Albeit 60 years later. The fact that the Union joined forces with the employers to persecute its own members is beyond doubt. It was the Judas Goat of a Union chairman, who ordered the Dockers to discharge Asbestos without protection to save the employers money. The Union and Employers Court proves that he had changed sides - and the reason why all and sundry in the Irish Employers and every Trade Union in Ireland covers up.
Is it any wonder Union Officials are using their friends in Government and the Arts to censor my play . See also - in the books, the play and the web a letter to Jack O'Connor from his own Belfast solicitor, one John O'Neill of Thompson McClures, Belfast, stating that his Union 'did' sack its own members at Belfast Docks. He also tries to exonerate the Union, by totally ignoring the fact - that a Trade Union cannot Lawfully sack and persecute its own members. O'Connor engaged his solicitor to 'sue the arse off me' after I accused him at a large public meeting of being corrupt and covering up corruption. When faced with the truth he took no more action - and I accused him twice more at large gatherings.
Letters from ICTU and the Union in the 1970's - prove they knew what was going on - but chose to ignore it. Why, who bought them off and how much were they paid? Neither O'Connor nor Norman Shannon, will sue me for calling them Corrupt and putting their corruption on the web. To show that I'm not blowing smoke - besides the link to 'The Judas Goat - I've recently finished a very long screenplay, this gives chapter and verse about the Dictatorship imposed upon the Belfast Dockers by the Union and the Employers'. [I know it needs a cut] As the above is too controversial for the cowards in Irish Theatre, I'm just finishing a two hander which is about the evils of addiction - and besides the censoring I have never stopped writing. To cap it all, just three weeks ago at a conference in the RDS, organised by John McGuirk of GRIFT, which was billed and promoted as "A freedom of speech conference - I was censored.
