What's at the heart of ongoing relationships? Trust. What's the key to trust? reliability.
To be reliable, what's received must match what's expected. When this happens, there's peace of mind, gratification, reciprocal value, and openness to continuing opportunities.
Who fuels an organization's growth? Customers, employees, and partners. Together, they provide what's important to investors, lenders, analysts, media, and so on.

Ease is not to be confused with "easy". Ease means absence of negative surprises. It means staying true to your value proposition. Ease means employees' and customers' and partners' realities match what was promised.
Lack of ease for employees leads to the same for partners, and worse, for customers. We're in a cycle of distrust today, proclaimed the 2022 Edelman Trust Barometer.
Lack of ease is costly! Everyone has to try harder to make up for it. We're squandering opportunities. Revenue could be higher. Costs could be lower. Relationships could be longer. Vitally important now, it's making everyone slower to shift gears in the face of rapid change.
Nimbleness is the organizational goal executives in our study seek. They explained that organizational agility sets them free to meet emerging market needs faster and better than their competitors. Ease of work and business are the prerequisites to nimbleness.

Why? These keys prevent negative surprises. They're core to reliability. They build trust. Why CX/EX/PX? Remember, they're the people who fuel an organization's growth!
