Why does the bright insulated glass become foggy glass?

When an insulated glass seal fails, there are three things you might see when looking through the glass: nothing different at all, condensation, or dirty / hazy glass. Given enough time, moist air begins to fill the space between the two formerly-sealed pieces of glass. When temperatures remain fairly constant, you won't notice this moisture in the glass. Only after there has been a fairly rapid change in temperature, either indoors or outdoors, will you see any evidence of a failed seal? This starts out as condensation between the two panes of glass.

As an IGU manufacturer, when your customer find you for this issue, what do you think is the most likely reason?

1. Bad quality silicone sealant, it causes moisture in the air to enter the spacer.

2. Bad quality desiccant, it can’t adsorb moisture between two pieces of glass.

It has lower AWAC.

3. Improper production environment humidity,If the humidity is very high, it will consume the effective adsorption capacity of the desiccant, thereby reducing the service life of the insulating glass.

4. Improper production technology control, such as the aluminum spacer bar that have been filled with molecular sieve are not made into insulated glass in time.

5. The glass is not clean enough, and there are drop of water left behind during cleaning.

If you have any other analysis, welcome to leave your valuable comments.
