Why do you do what you do?
Be the best you can be, adapt, evolve, change, and improve. Find a passion and learn to love what you do.
It's so easy to get caught up in our day to day job and in our daily activities and its not often we take time to reflect. To question the reasons 'why' we do what we do.
When I talk to my customers, the last thing I ever want to talk about is what products and services I can offer. I much prefer to talk about the reasons why we are in business, what we are trying to achieve, how we would like to challenge convention, improve the IT industry. Eliminate red tape and politics. I prefer to truly listen to our customers own ideas and suggestions on what would work for them. What they are trying to achieve for their business and how we can work together as true partners.
My drive in life is not about making money, but about making a difference in people’s lives.
Is it time to find your 'why'?
