Why Do You Struggle To Change?

Most people want to change, but they don’t succeed in that endeavor. A change can be challenging, especially if you are not prepared for it.

Certain things can make any process of change almost impossible and we will discuss them in this post.

Why Do You Struggle To Change?

  • Is change necessary for you?- If you don’t need a change, don’t try to change.
  • If you want to change go all the way- If you need a change, don’t hesitate, don’t try, do it.
  • Do you know what is the result of your change?- If you don’t know what to expect from change, you will not succeed in changing yourself.
  • Are you prepared for change?- Most people think that change is something easy, but if you are not prepared for it, you will not succeed.
  • Are you motivated for change?- You need motivation for change, but that motivation needs to be strong to activate you even when you are not in a good mood for hard work.
  • A change is not a sprint, it is a marathon- You can’t change quickly, that is a long process. Don’t be frustrated if you don’t have quick results, for a change you need time.
  • A change is an ongoing process- A change is not a short game, you need to play to the end of your life, and during that process, you will become better.
  • Daily work and change- If you don’t want to work on a daily level, forget about change.
  • Tools for a change- You need to monitor the process of change. Without a diary, active questions, a commonplace book, a list of priorities, etc. you will fail.
  • Give your best- If you don’t give your best, you will fail.

Every change is challenging, but if you are prepared, if you know what you want to achieve if you want to work every day, and if you monitor the process and use feedback for improvement, you will succeed.
