Why do you need to do packaging testing?
Many people may think of doing tests for products, but packaging testing is often not taken seriously. Because many people may not think that the product will be damaged due to the quality of the packaging during the transportation process. Here, I will share with you some conclusions I have drawn from discussions with different customers over the years of working in HAIDA.
In fact, many manufacturers who produce high value products will pay great attention to the quality of packaging, especially manufacturers of electronic products with relatively large volume, manufacturers of cosmetics with relatively high value, and manufacturers of high-end wine. Why? Because during the transportation process, there will be many unexpected things happen. If the packaging quality is not good, it will directly affect the quality of the product. The following situations are relatively common:
1. During the logistics unloading process, due to improper operation of personnel, the product fell from a high place
2. During the transportation process, due to the bumps on the road or the sudden braking of the driver, the bumps caused by the airflow on the plane, and the docking of the ship, the product collides or squeezes in the compartment
3. On the plane, due to the problem of air pressure, air is mixed in the package, which affects the quality of the product (especially food products)
4. When the container is transported by sea, it will encounter different climates, which will cause the packaging to be corroded
In general, the main factors affecting the packaging are: shock, vibration, temperature, humidity, so in order to better protect the quality of our products, and in the case of sufficient funds, we recommend that customers do the following tests on the packaging:
