Why do you get blocked by LinkedIn? (part 2)

The simple answer is you're using this network in a suspiciously intense way. Last time, I wrote about the possibility of getting banned for sending too many connection requests:

Now let me explain the following two problems you've probably already encountered:?

YOU WATCH TOO MANY PROFILES OF OTHER PEOPLE?

Yes, this is a problem as well. Most commonly, we see profiles getting blocked for watching over 50 other profiles daily. It's less of a problem if you use Sales Navigator or Recruiter premium interface, but even so, you may get blocked. It's more of a problem if you have really low SSI:?

There is nothing to be done with it; you just need to wait a day for LinkedIn to allow you to use it again. Be careful though; a few strikes like this one, and you will lose your profile for good.?

So why is LinkedIn punishing you for just using it? Well, don't ask me; I'm not its representative. Still, it may be quite obvious - the network is pushing you to buy a premium, and when you do, buy another one for your colleague.?

The fact you are using your profile and premium license "too much" may mean you are searching for information for your colleague instead of paying for his or her licence.?

Also, it may mean that you're a robot called a scroller and not playing fair play regarding terms and conditions + GDPR.?


YOU SEARCH TOO MUCH?

This is a very easy problem to solve.?

You may get rid of it by purchasing Sales Navigator, Recruiter, or Business premium. You can also wait until the 1st of next month, so it will disappear. As always, we see that this strike doesn't bother so much holders of accounts with higher SSI scores.?
