As a user of LinkedIn, you most likely get out of bed to work for yourself or others.
Why do you do it?
Why do you bound out of bed, rush to your place of work (given the current climate, work may be at a table in the next room), and pour your efforts into fulfilling your employer’s goals?
Do you do it for the money? Out of habit? To socialize with your co-workers? Or is it for the passion to “Do Good†and improve society?
I am an outsourced consultant whose mission is to maximize the ROI of my firm’s client employee hiring process. Our firm’s self-designed analytic method discloses the clients’ current and long-term operational, strategic, and cultural requirements for the new staff member. Armed with this information, we identify, substantiate, present, and assist the client in hiring the employee who fulfills these requirements to become a long-term contributor to their organization.
I am driven to help our clients reveal and therapeutically understand their true staffing needs, as well as find the person who has the ability and passion to grow their career with our client.
For me, this is exciting and fun. This is why I get out of bed and rush to the office.
But. Why do YOU do it?
