When we plan to start business at small or big level, we need to considered many things like shop / store location, utilities, and budget for that business. Reselling Wholesale Items is similar to Arbitrage but the difference is search the manufacturer and gets the item (s) in bulk quantity. When you get items from manufacturers, that items are much cheaper than retailer. ?Wholesale needs huge amount to invest. For this model you may also find distributor, and get lower quantity than purchasing from manufacturers. ?Distributor price is much lower than retailer but higher than manufacturer. Profit Margins 10-25% vary from source to source or product price.
However in start Arbitrage model can be used then move for wholesale model.
Drawback of Wholesale Selling, Sometimes there are many sellers available for the same items. You need to check other seller strategy for price and stock, and history of product. ??????
Getting stock in bulk may be risky, and sometimes you may not get good sale and manufacturer / distributor may not return the stock and refund. ?
Private Label selling is identical to wholesale reselling. In Private Label, you got the manufacturer of required item and ask him to customize the product and put your brand name on order items. With the passage of time, your brand is recognized and your sale is increased day by day. This model has more profits than other models, sometimes +50% or much higher profit.
Drawback of Private Label, every manufacturer is not agreed to customize your product / put your brand name. For this purpose, you may source globally. Private Label items also need to check patent rights before launch and trademark registration. Sometimes you may face legal issue from other registered seller who has patent rights of same item. ?????
For this model (Private Label), you need more money than arbitrage and wholesale. Important thing is required planning, money, risk and patience.
