Why Do We Lose Our Self-Esteem?

As humans, we all have a sense of self-worth or self-esteem. It is a measure of how much we value ourselves and our abilities.

However, at times, we may find ourselves losing our self-esteem, leaving us feeling inadequate and unworthy. It's a painful experience that can lead to a lack of motivation, decreased productivity, and feelings of sadness and depression.
