WHY DO PEOPLE MAKE UP STUFF? WHY DO WE NOT CALL THEM OUT

d

I recently saw the following comment from someone describing themselves as an experienced professional accountant criticizing the federal government. She wrote: 'Our government is awake, and this is all by their design. And we all thought Hitler was mad. I'm seeing a lot of Hitlers in our current government"

I cannot conceive how an intelligent, rational professional who must have a standard of duty associated with her title draws such a conclusion and publishes it in professional media. Are we using Linkedin to explain, learn, educate, debate ideas, gain "likes," or create havoc? I don't want to make enemies. I want to cooperate, compromise and search for truths. Hyperbole or Ad Hominem attacks are fallacious attempts at logic. Why do we associate our names with ridiculous attacks without grounds? What is the motive of such writers? It certainly isn't an effort to unite. Could you help me un? rstand?d. Am I an elitist simply because I want to discuss a matter on a rational basis civilly? If you attack first, no one will listen.

It is like the Truckers when people ask why they didn't Trudeau speak to them. You have to open your arms to have dialogue. If you approach me and demand that I have no choice but to leave my office, it's your way or no way. Will I waste my time meeting with you and give you media attention solving nothing? What do you do as a parent when a child has a tantrum.

IS LINKEDIN MERELY A VEHICLE FOR BLOWING ONE'S EMOTIONS, LIKE SCREAMING IN THE GROCERY STORE WHEN MOMMY DOESN'T LET YOU HAVE A COOKIE

I wrote Ms. T;

"I accept that you are an accounting specialist; you're likely very good at that. I would like you to think about what you are saying. Professionals don't throw words around that are misleading to aggravate or collect readership or "likes," like Facebook. You undermine the profession itself?(the Halo Effect). Can you explain your reasoning and the similarity between Trudeau and Hitler you suppose regarding the following facts;

1. We have five parties, its a minority government, we have free elections,

2.No one has suggested we replace the elected Parliament with a one-party system,

3. We have a civilian-controlled police force, and the only type of brownshirts are the mobs of militant protesters physically forcing a blockage of our borders or the ones with guns in Alberta

4. We have multiple Human Rights Commissions and have just recognized that we are responsible for a genocide regarding the indigenous people and are trying to correct that, not continue the efforts,

5. Our Courts are independent, as is the office of the Attorney General,

6. We have a Charter of Rights that the Court vigorously upholds to the consternation of the former PM Harper.

7. Habeus Corpus is still available and

8. Our Provincial governments are still independent and viable

9. We have a Free Press

10. The Governor General remains a Constitutional head of State with limited executive powers

11.The PM is chosen by elected MPs and serves at their confidence.

Did Hitler's Germany have these institutional devices? Please, let's get real.

I agree and also cannot conceive how the Prime Minister can catergorize the unvaccinated as racist and misogynistic extremists.
