Paul has worked at Hilton Grand Vacations for over 12 years, serving countless Members and Guests. But there’s one kind of vacationer Tall Paul treasures: children. “Most of the Guests that stand out in my memory are kids. It means a lot when kids come back and remember my name.”

“One kid who came with his family every year for five years — he always had a smile,” Paul remembered. “We’d take a picture together every time he visited. Through those pictures, I can see how he’s grown in those five years and how I’ve changed too.”

It’s not just Tall Paul’s height that makes him memorable — it’s his people-first perspective on hospitality . “For me, hospitality means putting myself in another person’s shoes,” he explained. “I ask myself, ‘If I were to stay here, how would I want to be treated?’ That’s why I always share a smile, start a conversation and try to help vacations go smoothly.”
