Why do only entrepreneurs get the glory?
We, the people who do the Naukri and ensure the success of these
companies started by entrepreneurs. We are the executives and managers who run this show.
As an executive, we execute everything in the market and ensure to hit the bull's eye; because of that, entrepreneurs can have the luxury of being the judge of a talent show or a motivational speaker at conferences.
We, as managers, control the damage and get the target for the company.
Don't be disappointed with all the buzz around start-ups these days. Everyone has their own space, but this is also true that no one talks about the contribution and sacrifices of service-class people.
This is a wrong narrative that leaders are only entrepreneurs.

I have never seen any mention of hailing the contribution of service people who do the Naukari, taking the risk of not working on their dreams and spending their entire youth supporting someone else dream. ??
It is a considerable risk and sacrifice by professionals and service-class people that must be discussed and appreciated. ??

1 年because entrepreneurs create. creation will always be praised- while service is not easier- but less valuable in a world that needs new ideas. It's cultural too. Ambition in Spain is a bad thing so civil servents are roles much desired.
