Does everything you send go to spam??
We know how frustrating it can be when your emails end up in the spam folder, here we share some easy tips for your emails to go straight into the inbox.
“My emails always go to spam”. As you say this, it sounds as if the most dramatic jingle you can think of started to play. We know that right. There is no moment as frustrating as when you realize, your emails don't show up in their inbox.
Is your email marketing platform in a blacklist?
First off: check with your provider whether your service is working well or your platform is not blacklisted. If that′s so, unfortunately, there is no way around it.
As long as you are blacklisted, your emails will keep going straight to the spam folder. We suggest you contact your company's help desk as soon as possible. Make sure your provider has:

+ More than 1,000 IPs.

Did you set up the SPF, DKIM & DMARC protocols?
When start sending blast email campaigns; this is the first setup to avoid ending up in spam. These protocols make you a reliable sender. These protocols notify email providers this is a safe email.
Are texts and pictures balanced in your email?
Make sure texts and pictures are balanced. If you send just pictures in your email, it will surely end up in spam.
Do your subject and email have banned words?
Be on the watch for banned words like “supply”, “urgent” or “free”. It is also advisable to avoid using too many exclamation or question marks ? ?. Click here to know a list of words to avoid.
Did you send your emails gradually?
If you are planning to send a bunch of emails, do it increasingly, and build along the way a good reputation as sender. If you email 100,000 contacts out of the blue, without warming up the IPs, most likely your emails will end up in spam.
