Why do majority of us fail to raise in "India" after we taste a "FAILURE"
From past few days I was refreshing the past of mine and the "FAILURES" I happen to taste. I was cautiously over-looking them and was moving ahead - directionless though,as many people think. Am I really going the same way ? or its just the perception people have on me.
????????????I started to retrospect the steps taken by me to make myself to move from "FAILURES" to "SUCCESS".I may have been wrong in taking the "RIGHT" decision at the "RIGHT" time. I started to analyse the after-situation of a "FAILURE".
????The experience gained by the DREAMERS in a "failed" attempt is not accepted and valued more. Oftentimes someone's first step won't be a success. 90% of new business fail within no time. How society perceives these "failures" is key in determining who, and how many people, are willing to launch their "OWN" step in the first place. If you've been part of a "failure", this is likely to be seen as a black mark on you. Plenty of people will be willing to tell you why you are a failure (without really knowing why). And in so doing, they will miss the key point that the journey you've been through and lessons learned along the way are more important than the destination.?

????????I believe that its in our culture. We are very conservative and over-cautious in things we do. If you "fail" in what you DREAM, you are generally not encouraged to "dust yourself down" and go again. Or even better, the relatives and neighbors will not value the lessons you've learned through the failed step and the process will not be noticed. Instead you will be "demoralized"(very cautious in saying this) and that very "FAILURE" will be ever-reminded to you. Instead if the steps taken in the process of that "FAILURE" are rectified and are made as DO NOT's for the next BIG thing, people start DREAMING big again. This encourages the brightest and best to launch something that is helpful to mankind. There is no fear of failure as the downside is mitigated.
?With our typically cynical attitude (good for humour, bad for loosers...) we will go no-where. For this reason I think a lot of highly capable potential people among us would rather stay in their salaried jobs , than risk 'destroying' their image. The fear of failure is too great.
Apologies if any one is hurt
