"Find the perfection in every moment instead of trying to make every moment perfect."― Donnalynn Civello.
Do you ask yourself if you are enough? Most issues with NOT feeling enough are linked to appearance, intelligence, social skills, talent, or other personal attributes.
These feelings sabotage our relationships and manifest themselves in the workplace, causing us to neglect our work and career. I mean, how do you tell your spouse, partner, or employer you don't feel like you're good enough?
That you don't feel like you measure up or are good enough for them. How do you explain that your opinion of yourself is at an all-time low?
This sense of low self-worth is often traced back to childhood abuse or other similar trauma, where we're told we're?worthless?or would never amount to anything by people we trust. Does this sound familiar?
Let's be honest with each other; life is not as simple as we would like to think. Life always seems to be one step ahead of our plans, making it hard for us to predict what will happen next.
I have learned to enjoy the journey and the people I am with. I wake up every morning and decide to face my ups and downs with courage. You don't have to strive to become someone else; who you are is enough; we want to become our best selves.
Never doubt your worth; you are enough for yourself and everyone who deserves you. Here are a few ways I have learned to change my thinking about being enough.
Do you know how much time and energy I've wasted over the years caring about what other people think? Stop worrying about what they're saying or thinking; it doesn't matter! The only opinion that matters is YOURS.

My?best self looks different than?your?best self. If I feel I'm giving 100 % to my family, the people I care about, and my work, and I am moving towards a better future, then I am a success in life. You should feel the same.
This was my biggest crime and the one that sent me spiraling. Someone was always making more money, living in a bigger house, driving a nicer car, etc. STOP comparing your behind-the-scenes life to their highlight reel. The only comparison we should be making is whether we are better today than yesterday, a week ago. Or a year ago.
This is a big ONE for me. Every morning I update and review my grateful list; it's a long list of ALL the people and things I am thankful for in my life. Reading through it every day and reminding myself all that I have to be grateful for has been life-changing.
People who laugh at your jokes, encourage you to chase your dreams, and value your opinion. People who stand up and celebrate your victories with you. Family and friends who are there when you NEED them and validate that "you are good enough."
Listen to someone who's dealt with these issues; addressing them is essential. You have to be willing to ask for help; you have to be willing to take risks and be vulnerable. I know that's hard, but not as hard as feeling like you're NOT enough.
Trust me when I tell you, YOU are more than ENOUGH!
