And, 2021 McKinsey research found that parents were more likely to have left their jobs than non-parent colleagues - citing caring for family in their top 5 reasons for leaving their job. In addition to their partnership with Circle In, Art Processors offers:

  1. Travelling mothers support to maintain their commitment to breastfeeding by providing them with everything they need to ship their breast milk home quickly and safely.
  2. A 30% subsidy for school holiday and after-school care programs up to $1,000 per family per calendar year.
  3. Access to 10 days per calendar year of emergency child care if parents are asked to work or travel for work on a day they are not contracted to work.
  4. Access to an additional 10 days of leave per calendar year to care for children if Annual Leave, Personal Leave or Life Leave has been exhausted.
  5. A pre and post-parental leave buddy program.
  6. Three instances of a meal or domestic help up to $300 per year.
  7. Health Coaching.
  8. Employees have a range of policies to support flexible working.
  9. All parents have the option to work part-time to (50% of their contracted hours) at full-pay for the first four weeks after their return from parental leave.
