Why do the EU, UN, AU, IMF, EIB, and NATO fail to mention the lack of freshwater for irrigation?

How do we provide enough freshwater to cover the 24/7 needs that we "mankind" have ALWAYS had since the dawn of time, and which only gets bigger the warmer the climate gets and seen in the self-reinforcing cycle that several research reports visualize "Wet ground = cool climate and Dry soil = warm climate” e.g., featured in https://lnkd.in/dyMNH9RW

We "humans in the year 2024" could make the decisive difference for nature, biodiversity and thus ourselves!

A difference we have NEVER been able to make before, especially in the hot and dry months of the year when food production in agriculture usually gets the largest part of the freshwater for watering the crops! Instead of just resignedly waiting for the inevitable wildfires, with all their devastating consequences both for the environment, people and e.g., the tourism industry, then together we can create the possibility of an active and effective effort against Global Warming, until and after all the world's countries and people have implemented the green transition at end-user level.

With a hitherto unexplored water treatment for desalination of the world's largest water reservoir, the sea, as well as an automated irrigation system that delivers a pre-determined amount of freshwater in the form of water fog every night by NGO biologists to prevent the surface of the earth from becoming completely dense and severely burned by sun and drought, which can mean that the life-giving rain does not continue to create floods, but instead can penetrate quickly enough into the underground.

We can therefore with relatively simple means and great goodwill ensure the greening of even the poorest regions of the world.

All that is really required is freshwater that is clean, available, and in the quantities needed when the need is present and not just when a tap is turned on!

We at the inventor company PL Brake? have invented/discovered a hitherto unexplored water treatment which e.g., can be used for seawater desalination at a price below 0.5 kWh per m3 and with a production device that costs below €0.10 per m3 of freshwater produced as well as a production license fee below 1% of the production costs cf. the specified calculation key from 2021, which must be redefined to ensure a 99.9% stable price, in section 10. point 12) and 13) in main article 05 Chain responsibility https://lnkd.in/e8kWZB-h

The technology is transferred, upon donation establishment to ensure 100% independence, to a non-profit global water fund whose primary purpose is to ensure the lowest possible production price under the most responsible set of rules the world has yet seen!

E.g., demand for chain responsibility and UN regulated license fee exemption for poor countries (the UN has not been asked yet). After 3 years, the water fund's income must be via production licenses from sales ONLY to governments, because the placement of responsibility in environmental scandals must not only be able to be winged in the event of a private company's bankruptcy - but can be placed at the top of society.
